Information that is gathered from visitors

Personal information may include name, employer, job title, employer address, e-mail address and phone number. For conferences based in the US, conference attendees personal information may be shared with 3rd party sponsors. For conferences based in Europe, conference attendees personal information will only be shared with 3rd party sponsors if they opt-in during registration. This maintains the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Tracking information is automatically collected about all visitors for our Site. This information consists of both individual and aggregated tracking information and is automatically gathered using “cookies.” A cookie is a small data file containing information that is written to the user’s hard drive by a web server and used to track the pages visited.
In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit. Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
We cannot be responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party sponsors and vendors. Additionally, third party sponsors or vendors, including Google, could potentially show our ads on sites on the Internet.

Google Ads
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to sites they visit on the Internet. Website visitors may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
