Dorianne Cotter-Lockard is dedicated to helping organizations evolve to their next level. A visionary leader with 25 years of experience, Dorianne has worked and consulted in the private, public and nonprofit sectors, and possesses significant expertise in financial services. She served as an executive of a Fortune 100 company for eight years, responsible for a billion dollar subsidiary with 9,000 employees. Dorianne earned an MBA in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business and a master’s in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, where she is a doctoral candidate in Human and Organizational Development. She earned a bachelor's in Music from the Eastman School of Music. Her Ph.D dissertation is titled, "Coaching Strategies and Techniques: Building Empowered and Collaborative Teams by Applying Principles of a String Quartet's Pedagogy." Dorianne is the mother of Heather and Grace and resides with her husband Rev. Dr. James Lockard in Oak Park, California.
