Bruce has over 30 years’ experience as a continuous process improvement professional, advisor, facilitator, coach / mentor and change-agent for clients large and small worldwide in a wide variety of business and industries including: Finance, Information Technology, Medical, Telecommunications, Wholesale Distribution, Government, National Labs, non-profits, Semiconductor and Semiconductor Equipment, Electronics, Medical Equipment, Education, Automotive, PowerGeneration, Water Technology and Chemical / Petroleum. His engineering roots come from a 14-year career as an IBM circuit designer and test engineer leading to various liaison positions with UC/Berkeley, UC/Santa Barbara, Carnegie-Melon, US National Labs and SEMATECH. 

During these past 10 years, Bruce has been founder and President of B. Sindahl Consulting (Switzerland) and Fourmile Canyon Group, LLC (Colorado). He has trained and coached over a thousand individuals at various levels of Lean Six Sigma certification. His specialties are in teaching and training, change management, the application of statistical methods, and Lean Six Sigma for Information Technology.

Bruce has a Master’s of Science degree in Statistical Mathematics, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, and certifications as a Master Black Belt, Lean Leader and Lean Six Sigma Trainer. He resides in Boulder, Colorado with his wife Paula.
