Anthony is founder and president of Fast Forward Consulting, dedicated to helping hospital and healthcare systems worldwide create and market exceptional patient, staff and resident experiences. He is also the About.com Expert Guide for Assisted Living and a healthcare thought leader in patient and resident experience and in strategic marketing for Health Care Organizations. He works with hospitals and organizations across the aging continuum helping them authentically create exceptional experiences for their staff and patients and then, crafting the marketing strategy that helps them tell their story in a clear and compelling way.   

Anthony is a veteran healthcare professional whose career spans serving as a Chief Marketing Officer for major health systems to consulting overseas with major medical centers. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and his article, “The Chief Experience Officer,” helped spur the Cleveland Clinic to create the first Office of Patient Experience. A native of Philadelphia, Anthony earned his graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his undergraduate degree from Drexel University. Anthony is an author, ombudsman, entertainer, keynote speaker and active blogger and advocate for older adults, devoted to increasing their dignity and quality of life. His book, Who Moved My Dentures?, dispels myths and provides important insider information about long-term care and aging in America.
